Based on riding preferences and scenarios, riders can use the Avinox Ride app to adjust riding parameters such as assist level, start assist, continued assist, and max torque, creating a unique riding style. The data layout on the control display can also be customized to adjust parameter visuals, satisfying personalized data viewing needs.
Avinox delivers a multi-layered protection system, ranging from real-time bike status monitoring to precise positioning. Riders can enjoy riding and parking with a peace of mind.
When detecting a malfunction in the drive system, an alert will be shown on the control display and a beep will sound to notify riders. Any error status can be checked, troubleshot, and resolved via app.
When pairing the bike with a phone via Bluetooth, users can enable the Bluetooth unlock feature to automatically unlock the bike upon approach. Also, the app's Bike Protection features [2] can send the user a notification in the event of an abnormal bike movement[3].
Once the bike is integrated into the Apple Find My ecosystem, riders can use the Find My app on Apple devices to check the bike's location, view remaining battery, or play a beep to locate the bike, which adds an extra layer of security.
The Avinox Ride app records comprehensive data for every ride and supports syncing to the control display. Data can also be uploaded to third-party sports platforms like Strava, making it easy to share achievements and exciting moments.

1. When the Avinox Drive System is offline and not being charged, it communicates with the Avinox Ride app every 30 minutes to sync system status if there is no abnormal movement. If the bike is moved abnormally, it will immediately sync the status and send an alarm. If the control display supports 4G and the bike has a SIM card installed, remote alarms are available. If the control display only supports Bluetooth, only proximal alarms within Bluetooth range are supported.
2. Once the bike has toggled on the Password Authentication feature under the Bike Protection setting, the user must authorize remote unlocking through the Avinox Ride app or enter a password on the control display to unlock the Avinox system.
3. Notifications from the Avinox Ride app are effective only when the bike is connected via Bluetooth or a 4G network. If Bluetooth is disconnected or a SIM card is not inserted into the bike, the app will be unable to send notifications.
4. This feature is supported only when using Avinox DPC100 Control Display (Global) or Avinox DPC100 Control Display (CN).
